How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, Anumi ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and soap sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered.
